Fresh graduate Silin struggles to find a job until Lynn, a kindhearted office cleaner, comforts her in an elevator and recommends her to a top company. Impressed by Silin’s character, the company hires her. Drawing on ten years of experience judging people, Lynn goes on to help overlooked young talents find jobs and eventually becomes a sought-after talent consultant. As Silin rises from a struggling graduate to a corporate executive, she carries Lynn’s kindness forward and champions inclusive hiring. What begins with a simple act of compassion grows into a story of redemption, proving that true worth lies not in a résumé, but in character.
