In her past life, Xia Ruoqing's beauty was stolen and she was tragically killed after her best friend, Lin Feifei, poisoned her breakfast milk with a dark magic spell. Reborn as a high school student, she refused to drink the tainted milk. Instead, she secretly gave it to Wang Xiuying, a middle-aged scavenger whose face had been scarred by years of domestic abuse. As the woman's appearance gradually healed, Xia Ruoqing noticed the blemishes on her own face starting to fade, while Lin Feifei mysteriously broke out in pustules. She realized that Lin Feifei had used a sinister sorcery that could steal one's beauty. Playing along with the scheme, Xia Ruoqing continued to give away the milk, all while her own stunning beauty quietly returned. Just before the campus beauty pageant, the curse backfired, completely ruining Lin Feifei's face. In a desperate move, she publicly slandered Xia Ruoqing. On the stage during the finals, Xia Ruoqing took off her mask, stunning the entire audience with her true appearance. She seized the moment to expose Lin Feifei's long-standing jealousy and deceit. Not only did Xia Ruoqing win the competition and reclaim her dignity, but she also helped Wang Xiuying start a new life. As for Lin Feifei, she was left to face the consequences of the curse's backlash and her exposed crimes, ultimately reaping what she had sown.
